Hire
The ground floor warehouse space at French Street is available to hire, for a range of uses, outside of our public programme.
To list a few, the building has been used for private events, music videos, television/film locations, rehearsal space, workshops, and weddings.

Accessibility
The space is accessible to wheelchair users, however, unfortunately, there are currently no wheelchair accessible toilets.
Capacity
The maximum capacity for events is 175.
Our Community
We are pleased to offer subsidised rates for our main beneficiaries: our local community - anyone within the G31 and G40 postcode area, for any suitable activity.
