THE FOURTH WALL takes its title from the performance convention where actors ignore an audience’s presence and direct their performances towards their dramatic world. Set within the backdrop of Dalmarnock, an area undergoing rapid deconstruction and redevelopment, the exhibition playfully unpicks this context with Ewe relocating the materials and purpose of regeneration, personal branding, and surveillance - as you would bring topics to a therapy session - into the exhibition space, as ‘public objects in private’. The opening begins at 6pm with a welcome drink. The exhibition is accompanied by a newly published text The Sacred Baby Poo Poo of Art by @freya.field.donovanon Ewe’s work.

The exhibition is situated on the ground floor of French Street and runs until October 6th, open 12-5pm Wednesday to Sunday, with late openings til 7pm every Thursday.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, however please note the bathrooms are not currently fully accessible for wheelchair users.

This exhibition is supported by The National Lottery via Creative Scotland.
