Materials Matter - Remade
Preview: Thursday 3 November, 5.00 - 7.00pm
The exhibition will showcase sculptural work produced by six Year 4 Sculpture & Environmental Art students who have worked in collaboration with Midton over the past year producing work using Remade - a new plastic material composed of up to 70% factory waste.
Additional work will be on display from fellow Year 4 SEA project Materials Matter which sought to highlight the value of re-use and re-cycling in the production of contemporary sculpture.
The exhibition will be accompanied by an exhibition catalogue Materials Matter – Remade which documents the process of this ongoing collaboration between GSA and Midton.
