About the event
Cloud States is a multi-disciplinary performance art and dance piece mapping queer migrant belonging. Working with movement, immersive installation, multimedia and video art, Cloud States will be exhibited as a multimedia visual installation and week-long exhibition with a series of video art films shot at Nethy Bridge / Aviemore and Cove Park. The videos included in the installation explore personal experiences of ‘lost-wandering’ – and the existential search for a queer migrant belonging in Scottish country landscapes through the excavation of internal / external wildernesses.
