About the event
Join Sean Patrick Campbell and Morwenna Kearsley for a workshop on Sunday 14th April where you will create your own chemigrams.
This is a fun and experimental process that uses resists such as cooking oil, vaseline and tape to produce unique images on photographic paper. With guidance, you will make your own series of images using the chemigram technique and have the opportunity to contribute to a giant collaborative work which will be added to throughout the session.
The workshop is a free all ages drop in activity and will take place during the Barras Market on the ground floor of The Pipe Factory, 42 Bain Street, G40 2LA.
The workshop runs from 12pm-3pm with free refreshments.
Note: You will be using photographic chemicals so children must be accompanied by an adult. Image credit: chemigram by Anney White.
The space is wheelchair accessible with an accessible bathroom. Please contact us if you have any specific access requirements you need support with to attend.
This workshop is part of Strange Field’s Community Programme, supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.
